Warehouse shelving stocked with inventory

ServicesTech

Your software, connected, so nobody types it twice.

We connect your CRM, accounting, scheduling, forms, online store and field-service software so information flows between them on its own. That includes older systems with no API, handled with careful, well-tested workarounds.

A real person on call, priority support and updates in plain English.

What you can expect

One entry, everywhere it needs to be.

Information entered once shows up in every system that needs it, accurate and on time.

For businesses where someone spends part of every day moving the same information from one program into another.

No more copying orders and contacts between screens.
Accurate
Fewer typos and mismatched records.

Syncs are monitored, so problems get noticed early.

What’s covered

Connected, checked and documented.

CRM connections

New leads, customers and notes kept in step between your CRM, website and inbox.

Accounting sync

Invoices, payments and customers passed to accounting software such as QuickBooks without rekeying them.

Scheduling & forms

Bookings and form entries sent straight to the people and systems that act on them.

E-commerce & field service

Orders, inventory and jobs shared between your store, your office and your crews.

Older systems

Software with no API connected through exports, file drops or other careful workarounds we test thoroughly.

Plain documentation

A written map of what connects to what, so nothing is a mystery later.

Peace of mind, built in

Every service comes with someone you can count on.

Behind every project is a small, senior team that knows your setup, keeps it in good shape and explains everything in plain English.

Direct access on retainer

Retainer clients reach our team directly, and changes are done within 24 hours. No ticket queue, no account manager in the middle.

Looked after

We keep an eye on what we build and run, so small things get handled before they become big ones.

Quick when it counts

Time-sensitive requests are treated as priorities, not scheduled for next week.

Plain English

You always know what happened, what we did about it and what comes next.

How it works

Clear steps, no surprises.

  1. Map

We list your tools and trace where information gets retyped.

  2. Plan

We agree on what syncs, which direction and how often.

  3. Connect

We build and test the connections on real records.

  4. Monitor

We keep an eye on the syncs and fix issues as they come up.

Alex FullerEagle Cove · Integrations & APIs
Our software is old and doesn’t have an API. Can you still connect it?
Often, yes. We look at what it can export or import, and build a careful workaround around that. We test it thoroughly and tell you plainly where the limits are.
Why not just use an off-the-shelf connector?
Sometimes that’s the right answer, and we’ll say so. When the built-in options don’t fit how you work, we build something that does.
What happens if a sync stops working?
We set up monitoring so failed syncs get flagged instead of quietly piling up. When something changes on a vendor’s side, we adjust the connection.
Will this mess up our existing data?
We test on sample records first and back up anything we touch before going live. Changes roll out in small steps you can check.
Who owns the integration once it’s built?
You do. You get the documentation, and the accounts and keys stay in your business’s name.
