The project
What we did
We built online scheduling into the practice's website so new patients can book their first appointment themselves, any time of day.
Ruehle Family Chiropractic is a one-doctor practice, so the doctor stays in control: he manages which slots are open on his calendar, and patients can only book the times he has made available.
How it turned out
The booking system has taken more than 1,600 online reservations.

New patients pick an open time and book their first appointment online.

Patients only see and book the times the doctor has opened.
Slot management
The doctor manages his available slots from his own calendar.
Booking emails
Patients get a confirmation right away and a reminder the day before, and the office is alerted to each new booking.
Self-service cancellation
Patients can cancel their own booking.
Family members
Patients can note other family members who want to be seen.
Website
New patient path
Booking is front and center for first-time visitors, with a booking pop-up from the homepage.
