Overview
A custom CRM covering the full order lifecycle for an auto transport brokerage: leads, quotes, e-signed contracts, payments, dispatch and customer updates.
The project
Why they came to us
AAALL States was running a national auto transport brokerage on a patchwork of tools: a generic CRM, a separate e-signature service, a payment processor and load boards. Staff re-keyed the same order at every step.
What we did
We built one custom system that owns the whole pipeline. It looks up vehicles from a vehicle database API, verifies addresses with Google® address verification, pulls insurance quotes from Super Dispatch®, walks customers through a multi-step contract signing process, and uses Stripe® to securely authorize and capture payment when the vehicle is picked up. Order status stays in sync with Super Dispatch, and customers are emailed at each change.
How it turned out
The brokerage now runs leads, quoting, contracts, payments, dispatch and customer updates on one system instead of a stack of subscriptions. When the company moved to a new domain, the system came across without dropping a single update.
Ordering and contracts

Vehicle lookup
Year, make and model come from a vehicle database API, so every order starts with accurate vehicle details.
Address verification
Google address verification checks and completes pickup and delivery addresses as they are typed.
Multi-step contract signing
Customers review and sign in clear steps, ending with a signed PDF contract in their account.
Secure payments
Stripe securely authorizes and captures payment when the vehicle is picked up.
Dispatch and insurance
Connected to the dispatch network the brokerage already uses.
Insurance quotes
Insurance quotes are pulled from Super Dispatch right inside the order.
Live dispatch sync
Order status stays in sync with Super Dispatch in real time.
Customer updates
Customers get an email at every status change.
