Two people reviewing a project proposal over coffee

ServicesRequest for proposal

Have a project in mind? Send us your RFP.

Formal RFP, RFQ or bid invitation, or just a few paragraphs about what you need. Send it over and we’ll review the scope, ask our questions early and come back with a clear written proposal before your deadline.

A real person on call, priority support and updates in plain English.

What you can expect

A clear proposal, not a sales pitch.

Here is what happens after you send it.

We respond to RFPs from businesses, healthcare practices, cities and public agencies, schools and nonprofits.

We confirm and review
A real person reads every request, confirms we received it and checks the scope, deadline and any submission rules.
We ask questions early
If anything is unclear, we ask before the question deadline instead of guessing, so the proposal answers what you actually need.
You get a written proposal
Approach, timeline, what’s included, ongoing care and pricing, in plain English and in the format your RFP asks for.

Do I need a formal RFP?
No. A formal RFP helps when you’re comparing several vendors, but a short description of the project, your timeline and your budget range is plenty to start a proposal.
Do you respond to RFQs and bid invitations too?
Yes. Send the solicitation and its deadline. If it’s a price-only bid, we’ll follow its format and requirements exactly.
Can you sign our NDA first?
Yes. Tick the NDA box on the form and we’ll sign before you share confidential details.
Will you complete our vendor paperwork?
Yes. W-9, vendor registration forms and security questionnaires are part of the process, so let us know what you need.
Who will we work with if we choose you?
The same small, senior team that writes the proposal does the work. There’s no hand-off to a junior team after the contract is signed.
