Patient talking with her care provider in an exam room

ServicesCompliance

HIPAA-ready websites built for patient trust.

Patients expect a modern, easy website, and they trust you with their information. We build and maintain healthcare websites that collect patient details through secure, BAA-backed tools, keep tracking off patient pages and give your compliance lead safeguards they can point to.

A real person on call, priority support and updates in plain English.

What you can expect

A practice website you can feel confident about.

Patients get a welcoming, easy experience. Your compliance lead gets safeguards they can point to.

We do this work for medical clinics, dental offices, therapists and counselors, chiropractors, physical therapists, med spas and home health agencies.

Patient data in the right place
Forms and booking run on secure, BAA-backed tools, not in inboxes.
Privacy-first analytics
You still see what’s working, without sharing patient visits with ad platforms.
Documented safeguards
Access, vendors and plugins reviewed and recorded on a schedule.

What’s covered

The safeguards a healthcare website needs.

Secure, BAA-backed forms

Intake, appointment and contact forms on platforms that sign a BAA, encrypt data and keep it out of email.

Tracking review

We find and remove pixels and scripts that could expose patient information, and set up privacy-safe analytics.

Hardened hosting

Encrypted connections, strong access control, two-factor logins and security monitoring.

Access management

Least-privilege accounts, logged admin activity and access removed promptly when staff leave.

Vendor & plugin audit

Every plugin and connected service reviewed for whether it touches PHI and whether a BAA is in place.

Policies on the site

A clear privacy notice and Notice of Privacy Practices link, written with your compliance lead.

No website is “HIPAA certified,” and there’s no official certification for one. HIPAA compliance covers your whole practice. We build and maintain the website side to the Security Rule’s safeguards and work alongside your compliance officer or counsel.

Peace of mind, built in

Every service comes with someone you can count on.

Behind every project is a small, senior team that knows your setup, keeps it in good shape and explains everything in plain English.

Direct access on retainer

Retainer clients reach our team directly, and changes are done within 24 hours. No ticket queue, no account manager in the middle.

Looked after

We keep an eye on what we build and run, so small things get handled before they become big ones.

Quick when it counts

Time-sensitive requests are treated as priorities, not scheduled for next week.

Plain English

You always know what happened, what we did about it and what comes next.

How it works

Clear steps, no surprises.

  1. Risk review

We map every place your site collects, sends or tracks patient information.

  2. Plan

A written list of fixes: forms, tracking, vendors, access and hosting.

  3. Build or fix

We rebuild the risky parts or design a new site with the safeguards built in.

  4. Keep it compliant

Compliance care: ongoing reviews, updates and access checks.

Alex FullerEagle Cove · HIPAA-Compliant Websites
Does my website really need to be HIPAA compliant?
If it collects, stores or sends protected health information, like an intake form or appointment request with symptoms, then that part of the site falls under HIPAA. A brochure site with no forms carries much less risk, though tracking pixels on it can still be a problem.
Can I use common analytics tools or ad pixels?
Not on pages where they could tie a visitor to health information, like appointment or condition pages. That includes tools such as Google Analytics and the Facebook pixel. We set up privacy-safe analytics so you still see what’s working.
What is a BAA and who signs one?
A Business Associate Agreement is a contract with any vendor that handles PHI for you. Your form platform, and any host or service storing that data, should sign one. We help you choose tools that will.
Will you sign a BAA?
We design the site so patient data lives in BAA-covered tools rather than on the web server. If your setup needs us to handle PHI directly, we’ll talk through a BAA on the discovery call.
Can you fix my existing practice website?
Yes. We start with a risk review of your current forms, tracking and plugins, fix the urgent items, then keep it maintained.
