Small business owner writing notes at her desk

ServicesWeb

White-glove website care. You run the business. We keep it running.

Your website needs care every week: updates, backups, security patches, content changes and the occasional emergency. Our care plans handle all of it, and you get a real person when something needs attention.

A real person on call, priority support and updates in plain English.

What you can expect

A website you never have to think about.

Care plans turn website upkeep from a chore on your list into something that just happens.

Plans run from essential care to white-glove care, with options for HIPAA and ADA compliance, online stores and multi-location or franchise groups.

What’s covered

Everything a well-kept website needs.

Safe, tested updates

Platform, theme and plugin updates applied with a backup first and a check afterward, never a blind “update all.”

Daily backups

Off-site backups every day, with restores we’ve actually tested, so a bad day is a quick fix.

Uptime & form monitoring

We watch that your site is up, fast and that its forms still send, and we fix it before customers notice.

Content edits included

New staff photos, updated hours, a new service page. Send it over and it gets done, without a new invoice for every change.

Compliance checks

Ongoing accessibility scans and, for healthcare clients, reviews of forms and plugins for HIPAA risk.

Plain-English reports

A monthly summary of what we updated, what we caught and what we’d recommend next.

Peace of mind, built in

Every service comes with someone you can count on.

Behind every project is a small, senior team that knows your setup, keeps it in good shape and explains everything in plain English.

Direct access on retainer

Retainer clients reach our team directly, and changes are done within 24 hours. No ticket queue, no account manager in the middle.

Looked after

We keep an eye on what we build and run, so small things get handled before they become big ones.

Quick when it counts

Time-sensitive requests are treated as priorities, not scheduled for next week.

Plain English

You always know what happened, what we did about it and what comes next.

How it works

Clear steps, no surprises.

  1. Health check

We review your site’s security, plugins, speed, backups and accessibility.

  2. Fix the basics

Anything urgent from the health check gets cleaned up first.

  3. Ongoing care

Weekly updates, daily backups, monitoring and your edit requests.

  4. Report & improve

A monthly plain-English report and suggestions to keep getting better.

Alex FullerEagle Cove · Website Maintenance & Care
What does “white-glove” mean here?
You don’t have to manage us. Send a quick email or call, and we handle the details, test the change and tell you when it’s done. You never need to log into your own dashboard unless you want to.
What’s the difference between care plans?
Essential care covers updates, backups, security and monitoring. White-glove care adds content edits, priority response and proactive improvements. Compliance care adds accessibility and HIPAA-focused reviews. We’ll recommend what fits on a discovery call.
Do you maintain sites you didn’t build?
Yes. We start with a health check so we both know what we’re inheriting, then fix the urgent items first.
What counts as an emergency?
Your site is down, hacked or showing errors, or a form or checkout has stopped working. A newly announced vulnerability in something your site runs counts too. Those jump the line.
Do I have to host with you?
No, but most clients do, because hosting on servers we run lets us respond fastest. We can care for sites on most reputable hosts.
How will I know what you did?
Every month you get a short report in plain English: updates applied, anything we caught and what we recommend next.
